RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Originals receipts would need to be included

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

EXCHANGES AT OUR BOUTIQUES

2.1 You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to our boutiques.

2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) in the boutique immediately after evaluation by our retail associates that it is valid.

Should the client for any reason wish to cancel the purchase, the client will be liable for a 15% handling fee. The client MUST advise our company in writing regarding the cancellation of the order and it is very important that any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to the company undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 working days. Should for whatever reason that the client is not satisfied with the product, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased provided if the following terms & conditions are met; No alterations made on the garments. No printing or embroidery on the garment. Garment has not been washed or worn.

Should the client require exchange, the client should raise the matter within 10 days. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online. Customers can send their goods via courier for exchange. If the client requires delivery, this will be at their own expense If the item shipped back is faulty, Our company will pay for shipping back the garment. Client needs to include the original invoice together with the product(s) in its original condition and packaging and mail the parcel via a traceable mode of postage.

Our company reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you free returns if the subsequent product(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
Our company returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product. If, for some reasons, none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. Pls take note that items that are on SALE are non-exchangeable nor returnable.

Client is therefore required to wait for our email confirmation and approval and client will be notified of the methods to be used for refund processes.  Generally, the processing period is 5-7 working days upon receipt of the parcel. All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once. Our company reserves the right and full discretion to disqualify the client from free returns if the subsequent product(s) for return or exchange are of the same product(s) as a previous order.

Our company returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of the product. Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of South Africa

All decisions made by our company (Imperial Designs) is final.
