1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping services nationwide at a standard rate of R100, delivered to your doorstep. Our Production Timeline is between 7-14 working days. Delivery takes 1-4 business days following dispatch. Please note that there will be an extra lead time of between 3-7 days for embroidery services. Immediately when the client login to make a purchase with our company, legal obligations arise and the clients` right to refund of monies charged to their credit card or paid in any other way agreed by our company, are limited by our terms & conditions.
The client must not make any purchase through this site unless he/she understand and agrees to all our company s` terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the order purchase, it is deemed that the client have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchases. If the client has any queries, the client MUST please contact our company before making any purchase for any service through this website.
Counter to counter services: Please ensure that the correct delivery address is provided from the outset, as the risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Undeliverable packages: In some instances, packages are returned to the company undeliverable. Should this occurs the company shall contact the client to make arrangements for redelivery of items/products.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
